Hi, I recently flew Norse Atlantic Airways LGW Terminal » and what a pleasant experience it was. The check-in was well organized, and the staff at the counter were lovely and helpful—no hassle, just smiles and efficient service. The Gatwick terminal itself was tidy, simple to navigate, and not as mad as I had anticipated. I appreciated that there were plenty of food and coffee spots, and the seating areas weren’t overcrowded. The gate staff were clear with announcements, and boarding was quick and efficient. Even though Norse is a budget airline, it didn’t feel cheap—the whole experience had a calm, professional vibe. I’ve flown through Gatwick with other airlines and felt rushed or stressed, but Norse made it feel simple and relaxed. I will certainly be flying with them again. They're showing that good service and cheapness can go together.
