Hi there! I recently flew with Lufthansa Airlines LAX Terminal » and had an excellent experience. The terminal was tidy and organized, which made it much less stressful to get around. The Lufthansa check-in desks were clear to see, and the employees were extremely polite and patient. Security was hectic, but it went quicker than I anticipated. After one pass through, there were decent food and coffee choices, and I was able to relax before boarding. The gate agents kept things moving along and informed everyone of what was happening. Boarding began on schedule and was surprisingly uneventful. I liked how relaxed and pleasant the Lufthansa staff were—it really set a great tone before a long overseas flight. Overall, the terminal experience with Lufthansa was easy, stress-free, and professional. I’d definitely fly with them again. Solid service from ground to air!
