My family and I had a great experience at the EL AL Airlines Miami Office » . The staff went above and beyond to help us when we needed it with our tickets. They made sure we understood everything and gave us a warm welcome. The attitude in the office was really laid-back and friendly. Given that we had a lot of questions, we were grateful for their patience. We all thought the service was great, and my parents were thrilled as well.
