Basic Digital Agility: Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage company-wide email circulars, make spreadsheets, and keep track of facility costs.
Resourceful Problem Solving: A proactive, "figure-it-out" approach to handling unexpected workplace conflict, such as unexpected scheduling conflicts, utility outages, or infrastructure failures.
