Who you are:
Use a pre-established database to start calls to prospective clients in order to present goods, services, or exclusive deals. Make appointments for the sales team after qualifying prospects with pertinent inquiries to learn about their needs and interest levels. Keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system up to date with call outcomes, customer comments, and follow-up dates. To effectively respond to client inquiries, stay up to speed on the features, advantages, and costs of the company's products. Modify the tone and strategy to establish rapport with various callers while using authorized scripts to direct conversations. To promote recurring business or service renewals, make frequent follow-up calls to unsure leads or current clients.
