Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Use databases or lead lists that are offered to make a large number of calls every day to introduce business services and goods.
Information Dissemination: To increase awareness, fully describe the characteristics, costs, and advantages of the product to prospective buyers.
Lead Qualification: Determine a prospect's level of interest and "fit" for additional sales interaction by screening them with specific questions.
Data management: Correctly enter call statuses, customer comments, and follow-up dates into the calling database or CRM.
Scheduling Appointments: Work with the field or sales team to schedule product demos or meetings for prospective prospects.
Follow-up Management: Call "warm" leads who have asked for additional time or information on a regular basis.
Feedback Gathering: To assist the marketing team in improving their messaging, note frequently asked concerns or objections from customers.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
