Job description We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter to join our team in Tiruvallur. This role requires a strong understanding of VMC machines and a commitment to ensuring high-quality production.Key Responsibilities:- Set Up VMC Machines: Prepare and configure Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) for production runs, ensuring all settings are accurate for the required specifications.- Monitor Machine Operations: Keep a close watch on the machining process to detect any issues that arise, making adjustments as needed to maintain the quality of the output.- Conduct Routine Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance on VMC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure they operate at peak performance.- Quality Checks: Inspect finished products for quality and precision, using measuring tools to ensure they meet the required standards.- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production results, and maintenance activities to support traceability and continuous improvement.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in operating and setting VMC machines.
