Program loading and verification involves uploading G-code and M-code programs to the machine controller and running them in single-block or "dry runs" to look for possible interference or crashes. The initial part of a fresh batch should be run and thoroughly inspected against the technical drawing in order to obtain permission from the quality department. During setup, adjust coolant flow, feed rates, and spindle speeds to maximize cycle times and prolong tool life.
