Job Description: The daily operation of vertical milling machines to create high-precision components is the responsibility of the VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator. Your job is to load workpieces, keep an eye on the machining process, and make sure that every part stays within tight dimensional tolerances in order to carry out the production plan. As the primary defender of quality, it is your duty to spot tool wear and make little offset corrections to avoid flaws. A disciplined technician with a solid grasp of milling processes and a dedication to upholding a tidy, safe work environment is the ideal applicant.

Key Skills: Fundamental knowledge of drilling, tapping, and milling procedures Measurement Proficiency: Practical knowledge of height gauges, micrometers, and callipers. Reading blueprints: The capacity to recognize technical designs' dimensions and fundamental tolerances. Technical Discipline: Capacity to adhere to stringent SOPs and safety procedures (e.g., E-stop knowledge and PPE usage).
