Job Description: Responsibilities: Instrument Calibration: To guarantee process accuracy, regularly calibrate sensors, transmitters, and transducers. PLC and Control Systems: Help troubleshoot Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) by inspecting signal loops and I/O modules. Loop Testing: Use "Loop Checks" to confirm that a field instrument's signal accurately reaches the control room's HMI. Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems: Keep up with the positioners, actuators, and I/P converters that regulate the production line's valves and dampers. Preventative Maintenance: To guarantee the longevity of electrical assets and avoid unplanned equipment downtime, carry out planned E&I maintenance procedures. Breakdown Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and address instrument drifts or electrical issues that disrupt production.

Required Skills: Multiskilling: Proficiency in low-voltage electronic signals and electrical power circuits.
