Calculate the best spindle speeds and feed rates based on machine horsepower, material hardness, and tool coatings to extend tool life. Multi-Axis Programming: Reduce "stack-up" errors by programming 4th-axis or 5-axis movements to machine complicated shapes in a single setup. G-CodeVerification: To check for collisions between the spindle, the tool, and the fixtures, use "Back-plotting" and full machine simulation.

Required Skills: Software Mastery: Proficiency in at least one major CAM program and basic CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for modifying models at the expert level.
