Job Description:
The "Guardian of Power and Automation" at the manufacturing plant is the Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Ensuring the ongoing operation, safety, and efficiency of all electrical systems from complex PLC-controlled production lines to high-voltage substations is your main responsibility. As the "Technical First Responder," you minimize unscheduled downtime by using strict preventive measures and quick troubleshooting. The ideal applicant is a safety-conscious specialist who can develop automated systems, understand intricate electrical schematics, and manage a group of specialists under pressure.
Key Duties:
Breakdown Maintenance: To reduce "Mean Time to Repair" (MTTR), take the lead in quickly diagnosing and fixing electrical problems in CNC machines, VMCs, SPM (Special Purpose Machines), and assembly lines.
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: To increase "Mean Time Between Failures" (MTBF), create and implement a thorough maintenance schedule for motors, transformers, switchgear, and panels.
PLC & Automation Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot VFDs, HMIs, and servo systems in addition to diagnosing and changing PLC programs.
Power Distribution Management: To guarantee steady power quality, supervise the functioning and upkeep of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems.
Utility Maintenance: Make sure that the electrical parts of boilers, air compressors, and chillers are dependable.
Inventory of Spare Parts: To avoid prolonged machine downtime, keep an ideal supply of essential electrical spares.
