Key Duties: Breakdown Maintenance: To reduce "Mean Time to Repair" (MTTR), take the lead in quickly diagnosing and fixing electrical problems in CNC machines, VMCs, SPM (Special Purpose Machines), and assembly lines. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: To increase "Mean Time Between Failures" (MTBF), create and implement a thorough maintenance schedule for motors, transformers, switchgear, and panels. PLC & Automation Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot VFDs, HMIs, and servo systems in addition to diagnosing and changing PLC programs. Power Distribution Management: To guarantee steady power quality, supervise the functioning and upkeep of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems. Utility Maintenance: Make sure that the electrical parts of boilers, air compressors, and chillers are dependable.
