Your Duties: Process Standardization: You will translate intricate production requirements into shop floor work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are completely understandable. Non-Conformance Management: Using "Root Cause Analysis" (8D, 5-Why), you will oversee the examination of material or process failures and apply long-term "fixes." Supplier Quality Calibration: To make sure that every "input" into our production line satisfies our high-quality "run" standards, you will inspect incoming raw materials and collaborate with vendors. Testing and Validation: Before new products are put on the market, you will create and manage "Stress Tests" and "Reliability Trials" to make sure they withstand real-world conditions. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen): To find "waste" in the process, you will examine quality KPIs. This will lead to technical adjustments that increase factory output overall and lower scrap.
