E&I Technician Achievement in Process Automating Job Description Who you are: To provide 100% precise feedback to the PLC/DCS, you will transform "drift" into "precision" by calibrating transmitters, controllers, and sensors. To guarantee a 100% reliable power run throughout the facility, you will oversee the "Vitals" of the plant, diagnosing motors, switchgear, and VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives). You will oversee the "Deep Dive" into PLC I/O modules and control loops, locating and resolving electrical "bugs" that lead to production bottlenecks. To guarantee 100% uptime for vital infrastructure, you will use thermal imaging and vibration analysis to identify possible issues before they occur. To safeguard the plant and the team, you will make sure that every installation complies with all NEC/IEC safety standards and hazardous area regulations.
