Line Balancing & Throughput: To avoid 100% idle time and overproduction, you will use "Time and Motion" studies to make sure that every second spent on the floor is a value-added second. Automation Integration: You will oversee the "Deployment" of AGVs, robotic arms, and intelligent conveyors, making sure that the "human element" and the hardware function flawlessly. Continuous Improvement: As a "Change Agent," you will "proof" our operations against growing expenses and material waste by applying Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
