Rising Role of the Production Engineer in Operation
Job Description:
Being a Production Engineer means that you are the "Conductor of the Shop Floor." You coordinate the movement of people, materials, and data in addition to managing machines. You can guarantee that our engineering plans are translated into physical reality with 100% efficiency and maintain our global supply chain operating at the speed of thought by optimizing the "Tact Time" and removing bottlenecks.
Key Duties:
Process Architecture: By creating the process, workstations, and equipment needed for high-volume manufacturing, you will transform intricate plans into a 100% optimized production "run."
OEE Calibration: To achieve a 100% lean operation, you will track Overall Equipment Effectiveness and find the "hidden losses" in availability, performance, and quality.
Line Balancing & Throughput: To avoid 100% idle time and overproduction, you will use "Time and Motion" studies to make sure that every second spent on the floor is a value-added second.
Automation Integration: You will oversee the "Deployment" of AGVs, robotic arms, and intelligent conveyors, making sure that the "human element" and the hardware function flawlessly.
Continuous Improvement: As a "Change Agent," you will "proof" our operations against growing expenses and material waste by applying Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
