Your Duties: Production Planning & Control (PPC): Create and implement master production schedules to guarantee 100% on-time delivery while preserving ideal stock levels. Operational Efficiency (OEE): Track and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by locating bottlenecks and putting plans in place to shorten cycle times and downtime. Budgeting and Cost Control: Oversee the yearly production budget with an emphasis on lowering "Cost per Unit" by eliminating waste and implementing energy-saving measures. Strategic Leadership: Ensure a skilled talent pipeline and strong morale by leading, mentoring, and developing a multi-layered team of operators and supervisors. Lean Transformation: To increase plant-wide productivity, promote Lean Manufacturing techniques including Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Assure that all manufacturing processes adhere to ISO, IATF, or other industry-specific certifications by working together with the Quality department.
