Track and enhance OEE by locating bottlenecks and putting plans in place to cut down on cycle times and downtime. Oversee the yearly production budget with an emphasis on cutting "Cost per Unit" by eliminating waste and implementing energy-saving measures. Ensure a competent personnel pipeline and strong morale by leading, developing, and mentoring a multi-layered team of operators and supervisors. To increase plant-wide efficiency, promote Lean Manufacturing techniques including Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to ISO, IATF, or other industry-specific certifications by working together with the Quality department.
