Job Description: Responsibilities: Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Create and carry out thorough maintenance plans (PM) and make use of condition-monitoring methods to spot possible issues before they arise. Breakdown Management: To reduce Mean Time to Repair, oversee quick troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Oversight of Utilities and Infrastructure: To guarantee continuous output, oversee plant utilities such as air compressors, boilers, DG sets, HVAC systems, and water treatment facilities. TPM Implementation: Promote Total Productive Maintenance programs and provide operators with Autonomous Maintenance training to enhance the general health of equipment.

Required Skills: Multidisciplinary Engineering: Excellent knowledge of electrical (motors, VFDs, switchgear) and mechanical (gears, bearings, pumps) systems. Automation & Controls: Expertise in troubleshooting industrial sensors, HMI systems, and PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.). Analytical troubleshooting: The capacity to interpret electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs) and intricate hydraulic/pneumatic circuits. Software Mastery: Knowledge of SAP PM modules for asset history and work order tracking, or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Project Coordination: The ability to oversee outside contractors and service engineers throughout new installations or yearly maintenance shutdowns.
