Testing and Validation: Make sure electrical systems perform within predetermined parameters and safety margins by conducting thorough testing and commissioning.
Project Oversight: Keep an eye on on-site electrical installations and make sure contractors follow local building and electrical codes and technical drawings.
Solving problems: Apply long-term engineering fixes after conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for electrical malfunctions or problems with power quality.
Sustainability Integration: Investigate and incorporate renewable energy sources and energy-efficient technology into conventional electrical designs.
Focus Skills:
Engineering principles include a thorough comprehension of power electronics, electromagnetic, circuit theory, and control systems.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in electrical simulation software such as ETAP or MATLAB/Simulink, as well as CAD tools.
Analytical rigor: the capacity to carry out intricate mathematical computations for arc-flash analysis, voltage dips, and short-circuit currents.
Communication: The ability to convert complicated technical data into understandable reporting for stakeholders who are not technical.
