Tool Room Engg Powering Reliable Injection Moulding Job Description Responsibilities: Mould Maintenance & Breakdown Repair Execution: To guarantee zero-defect production, perform planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs on multi-cavity, hot runner, cold runner, slide-action, and insert plastic injection moulds. Precision Machining & Toolroom Operations: To create or alter mould components, use precision toolroom equipment such as CNC milling machines, EDM spark erosion machines, wire EDM, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, lathes, and laser welding systems. Mould Defect Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Work with injection moulding production engineers to identify moulded component flaws and carry out accurate tool adjustments to address underlying issues. HotRunner & Electrical System Servicing: To guarantee ideal thermal distribution during moulding, examine, fix, and maintain hot runner manifolds, heating elements, thermocouples, valve gate mechanisms, and wire harnesses. Tooling Inspection, Fitting & Assembly: Use precise equipment to carry out dimensional inspection, core/cavity polishing, parting line matching, bluing checks and precision bench fitting.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
