Strategic Maintenance Planning & Root-Cause Analysis: Demonstrated capacity to carry out corrective/preventative actions (CAPA), analyse tool failure modes (FMEA), and use total productive maintenance (TPM) in toolrooms. Team Leadership & Vendor Negotiation: Excellent leadership abilities to oversee a group of engineers and toolmakers, as well as adept vendor management abilities to contract out specialised machining and raw materials.
