Focus Skills: Frontline Shop-Floor Supervision & Operator Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to guide, inspire, and lead machine technicians, contract workers, and line operators in hectic manufacturing shop floors. Shift Execution & Line Bottleneck Resolution: Quick troubleshooting of shift operating stoppages, line loading, takt time adherence, and a practical grasp of assembly/machining workflows. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality inspection checklists, part dimensional checks, and defect containment measures are all necessary for quality process adherence and first-off validation.
