Focus Skills: Deep technical knowledge of industrial control logic, PLC logic diagnostics, SCADA/HMI troubleshooting, VFD parameterisation, motor control centers (MCC), and instrument sensors is possessed by the Industrial Electrical & Automation Command. Power Distribution & High-Voltage Systems: Practical knowledge of DG synchronisation panels, switchgear, transformer oil testing, relay testing, earth pit maintenance, and HT/LT power distribution. Electrical Schematic Literacy & Diagnostic equipment: The ability to use diagnostic equipment (such as multimeters, insulation testers, power quality analysers, and thermal cameras) and understand sophisticated electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), control schematics, and ladder logic.
