Efficient CNC Fabrication using VMC Programmer Job Description: Responsibilities: VMC CAM Programming & G-Code/M-Code Generation: Using top CAM software, create, test, and refine multi-axis programs from engineering blueprints and 3D CAD models. Choose the right milling cutters, tool holders, and work-holding fixtures. Determine the best spindle speeds, feed rates, step-overs, and depth of cut for different materials. MachineSimulation & CrashPrevention: To guarantee zero collisions and zero scrap, run complete virtual machine simulations, confirm tool clearance, look for fixture/rotary table interference, and carry out dry runs and step-by-step first-piece prove-outs right on the shop floor. Fixture Design Integration & Setup Instruction Creation: Work with tooling engineers to design sturdy work-holding fixtures, rotary tables, and hydraulic/pneumatic clamps; produce clear, comprehensive setup sheets, tool lists, datum origin points, and operational instruction documents for VMC Setters and Operators. Quality Inspection & Tolerance Control: Using precision measurement tools, examine first-off milled components to ensure they meet geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) requirements.

Experience: 6 to 9 yrs Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
