Job Description
Duties:
Outbound Prospecting: Use a database or CRM leads to make a large number of outbound calls to prospective clients.
Pitching & Presentation: Make compelling and captivating sales presentations that emphasize the distinctive value propositions of the business's goods and services.
Lead Qualification: Determine whether a lead is "hot," "warm," or "cold" by asking certain questions to learn about their needs.
Objection Handling: To drive the conversation in the direction of a successful conclusion, confidently face pricing pushbacks, customer concerns, and "no" answers.
CRM Management: Ensure that all calls, notes, and follow-up tasks are appropriately updated in the CRM.
Setting Appointments: Work with senior management or field sales to arrange in-person meetings or demonstrations for suitable prospects.
Focus Skills:
Verbal Persuasion: A clear, professional, and amiable phone presence combined with a remarkable grasp of words.
Active listening is the capacity to discern a customer's "pain points" in order to provide a pertinent remedy.
Resilience & Tenacity: High emotional intelligence to keep a positive outlook and remain motivated despite failed calls.
The capacity to navigate a CRM and type notes while conversing with a customer is known as multitasking.
Time management: The ability to prioritize follow-ups and control call volume to optimize daily productivity.
The ability to compute discounts, monthly installments, or ROI for a consumer during a live call is known as basic financial acumen.
