Tactical Sales Expansion Position Sales Executive
Job Description
Duties:
Lead Prospecting & Pipeline Cultivation: Use professional networks, cold calling, cold emails, and territory mapping to actively find, investigate, and validate new business possibilities.
Consultative Discovery & Pitching: Have in-depth discussions with prospective customers to identify their main operational problems, then make compelling presentations that link the advantages of our product to their objectives.
Commercial Contract Negotiation: Create win-win commercial agreements that protect our gross profit margins by managing client concerns, negotiating prices, and navigating procurement obstacles.
Deal Closure & Revenue Accountability: Manage the whole sales cycle up to the signing of the final contract, regularly meeting or surpassing set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.
CRM Discipline & Relationship Tracking: To keep clean data, record each client interaction, email exchange, meeting note, and pipeline stage advancement inside customer relationship management systems.
Focus Skills:
Consultative Sales Architecture: In-depth knowledge of the psychological stages of the B2B/B2C sales funnel, including managing objections, closing strategies, and initial cold outreach.
Persuasive Communication & Presentation Skills: Outstanding writing and verbal skills to demand respect in executive boardrooms, quickly establish trust with decision-makers, and give captivating product demonstrations.
High emotional intelligence, tenacity, and a positive outlook are necessary for resilience and rejection management in order to deal calmly with challenging negotiations and rapidly recover from rejection.
Strategic Objection Resolution: Excellent active listening skills to break down customer resistance about timing, budget, or competition, transforming reluctance into a convincing argument for purchase.
