Telesales Executive Customer Trust & Sales Success Job Description Responsibilities: Deliver persuasive sales pitches over the phone to potential B2B or B2C clients to introduce company products, capabilities, and promotional offerings. Qualify inbound sales inquiries and conduct cold calls/outbound campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline. Identify customer needs, address product inquiries, overcome objections, and offer appropriate product configurations or service options. Generate quotations, forward technical product datasheets, and follow up regularly to close sales or schedule appointments for field sales representatives. Record customer details, call outcomes, follow-up dates, and conversion statuses accurately in the CRM system. Coordinate with inventory, order processing, and logistics teams to confirm product availability and ensure timely delivery of closed orders. Achieve or exceed daily/weekly call volume targets, lead conversion rates, and revenue quotas set by sales management
