IndianOil is accelerating its clean energy transition with a target of 18 GW renewable capacity by 2028 and 31 GW by 2030. To drive this, it established Terra Clean Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary launched in May 2024, focused on low-carbon and sustainability initiatives.
The company has committed a total equity investment of INR 2,389.75 crore, supporting 5.3 GW of renewable energy projects, including solar and wind power. This strategic expansion strengthens IndianOil’s position in the renewable energy sector and supports India’s green energy goals.
