Your Duties:
Facility Management: Keep an eye on the office's daily activities and make sure the equipment, utilities, and physical workspace are all in good working order.
Vendor management is the process of locating, negotiating with, and maintaining connections with outside vendors.
Procurement & Inventory: Process purchase orders and guarantee prompt replenishment; keep an eye on and manage an inventory of stationery, office supplies, and pantry products.
trip & Hospitality: Organize trip plans for staff and management, including booking flights, lodging, and processing visas.
Visitor Management: Manage the front desk operations, making sure visitors are greeted professionally, and keeping up-to-date visitor logs.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and plan corporate events, conferences, and internal meetings, including reservations for lodging and catering.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that office-related licenses and insurance policies are renewed; maintain administrative files, records, and databases.
