Job Description
Who you are:
Facility management is in charge of overseeing the daily operations of the office and making sure that the equipment, utilities, and physical workplace are all in good working order. Vendor management is the process of locating, negotiating, and maintaining connections with outside suppliers. Process purchase orders, keep track of office supplies, pantry goods, and stationery, and make sure they are replenished on time. Organize trip plans for staff and management, including booking flights, lodging, and obtaining visas. Manage the front desk operations, making sure visitors are greeted professionally, and keeping up-to-date visitor records. Plan and arrange business events, conferences, and internal meetings, including reservations for lodging and catering. Ensure that office-related licenses and insurance policies are renewed; maintain administrative files, records, and databases.
