Your Duties:
High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Execute daily outbound calling targets using CRM dialers, reaching out to cold, warm, or inbound-marketing leads to pitch products or services.
Customer Needs Consultation: Engage prospects in active conversations, asking strategic questions to understand their specific needs and pain points while mapping our solutions to them.
Lead Qualification & Profiling: Filter and qualify leads based on corporate benchmarks (budget, authority, need, and timelines), routing high-potential prospects directly to the field sales cell.
Appointment & Demo Scheduling: Secure qualified sales appointments, product demonstrations, or site-visit commitments for the business development team.
Inbound Query Resolution: Handle incoming customer calls efficiently, answering product queries, clarifying pricing structures, and addressing basic service complaints.
Database & CRM Upkeep: Update customer profiles, log call outcomes, and set follow-up tasks within the central CRM database after every call.
