E&I Supervisor Progress in Industrial Repair and Managing Job Description: Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Resource Allocation: Manage a group of E&I technicians by delegating daily responsibilities, keeping an eye on the caliber of their work, and providing technical training to close skill gaps. Maintenance Planning: To guarantee optimal plant uptime and equipment dependability, create and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) plans. Shutdown & Turnaround Management: Oversee E&I operations during scheduled plant shutdowns, making sure that all critical path tasks are finished on schedule and within budget. Technical Troubleshooting: Offer sophisticated assistance for intricate issues with PLCs, DCSs, and high-voltage electrical systems. Project Commissioning: Make sure field instruments are properly calibrated and included into the control loop while supervising the installation and commissioning of new E&I projects.
