Solar Telecaller Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain solar products and services clearly
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments for field sales team
• Maintain call records and customer database
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling / telesales experience
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of solar industry is an added advantage
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
