Manage processes including blanking, heat treatment, pickling, polishing, and press shop activities. Process Execution: Ensure proper utilization of machines and tools. Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and breakdown handling. Manpower Management: Allocate and supervise shop-floor manpower across shifts to ensure optimum workforce utilization. Quality & Safety: Ensure output meets quality specifications and coordinate with QA teams. Maintain strict adherence to safety norms, PPE usage, and 5S standards.
