Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership & ArchitectureQuery & Index Optimization: Reviewing, tuning, and refactoring complex SQL code, stored procedures, and triggers for maximum efficiency.
Database Architecture: Designing schemas, normalization strategies, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), and data models.
Performance Tuning & Monitoring: Managing server loads, indexing strategies, deadlocks, and query execution plans.
Security & Compliance: Enforcing data security best practices, user privileges, backup plans, and data integrity.
- People & Project ManagementMentorship & Code Reviews: Guiding junior SQL developers/DBAs, conducting peer code reviews, and establishing standard coding practices.
Work Allocation & Delivery: Breaking down product requirements into database tasks, managing sprints/milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Stakeholder Bridge: Translating business requirements from product managers, app developers, and analysts into scalable SQL designs.
Edu : Any degree relevant to IT
