Role Description:

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team at NCS SoftSolutions in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the opportunity to work on industry-leading platforms, using cutting-edge technologies to shape the future of GRC and Audit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications using Java and related technologies.
• Design and implement microservices architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Leverage the Spring Framework to deliver high-quality, modular solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document requirements and specifications.
• Work with databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Utilize tools like jQuery, iReport, and Spring Boot for application development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Java and JavaScript programming.
• Experience in Microservices design and the Spring Framework ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in database management and query optimization.
• Familiarity with tools like iReport, jQuery, and Spring Boot.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Robust communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: 4 to 4.5 Lakh per year
