CNC VMC HMC Setter **** Operator and Programmer

Job description Role & responsibilities

Shift: 8-Hour Shift + 4 Hours OT

Set up and operate HMC ,VMC , CNC machines as per production requirements. Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances. Perform tool setting, fixture setting and tool offset adjustments. Monitor machining operations and ensure component quality. Check component dimensions using measuring instruments. Develop, modify and optimize CNC programs for HMC and VMC machines. Have strong knowledge of G-code and M-code. Follow 5S, safety and continuous improvement
