Real-Time Account Documentation: Record call tracking numbers, representative names, and clear resolution deadlines in your thorough, step-by-step notes of every communication you have with insurance agents within the Practice Management software. HIPAA Protocol Enforcement: Verify security checkpoints with insurance agents before disclosing any Protected Health Information, making sure that US HIPAA privacy regulations are strictly followed.

Focus Skills: Perfect Verbal Articulation: Clear telephone etiquette specific to business-to-business settings, professional terminology, and strong spoken English with neutral diction.
