Be a Payroll Executive to Ensure that wages are paid on time
Job Description
Duties:
Payroll Processing: Gather and confirm monthly payroll information for each employee, including commissions, overtime, basic pay, and allowances.
Pay for unpaid leaves (LWP) or half-days should be adjusted, and attendance records from biometric or manual systems should be reconciled.
Statutory Compliance: Determine and make sure that statutory obligations such the Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Provident Fund (PF) are deposited on time.
Full & Final Settlement (F&F): Oversee the exit payroll procedure, which includes figuring out gratuity, leave encashment, and notice period pay for departing employees.
Question Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for employee complaints about reimbursement claims, tax deductions, or wage disparities.
Focus Skills:
Mathematical Accuracy: The remarkable capacity to manipulate numbers and carry out intricate computations without making mistakes.
Legal expertise includes a thorough understanding of local minimum wage rules, tax laws, and labor laws.
Confidentiality: The capacity to manage sensitive financial data discreetly and with a high degree of honesty.
