Tax Management: Verify year-end investments to create Form 16 and help staff with tax planning declarations. Database Upkeep: Add new hire information, compensation adjustments, and exit settlements (both full and final) to the HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Benefit Administration: In accordance with corporate policy, oversee the distribution of bonuses, incentives, gratuities, and leave encashment. Reconciliation & Reporting: To find and explain differences in the salary bill from prior months, create monthly payroll reconciliation reports.
