Your Duties: End-to-End Recruitment: Find applicants via social media, employment portals, and recommendations; carry out preliminary screenings and arrange department head interviews. Onboarding & Induction: Manage paperwork, arrange workstations, and lead orientation sessions to help new hires settle in smoothly. Administration of Payroll and Benefits: Help with processing monthly payroll, monitoring attendance, controlling leaves, and supervising employee benefits such as provident funds and insurance. Employee relations: Serve as the initial point of contact for complaints and questions from staff members, encouraging a positive work atmosphere and settling disputes. Performance Management: Make sure that KRAs and KPIs are developed and reviewed on time by coordinating the yearly and mid-year appraisal cycles. Statutory Compliance: Verify that the company complies with all applicable local labor rules, such as those pertaining to professional tax, PF, ESI, and the Shops & Establishments Act.
