Job Description:
The careful financial specialist in charge of accurately and promptly disbursing employee compensation is the payroll executive. Your major goal is to make sure that every employee is paid the proper amount on the right date while adhering to all internal policies and legal requirements. As the organization's "Trust Keeper," you handle private information and accurately and sympathetically respond to questions about salaries. The ideal applicant is a numbers-driven person with the high level of integrity needed to manage sensitive financial data, as well as an understanding of the intricacies of tax slabs, deductions, and labor laws.
Key Duties
Complete Payroll Processing: Complete the monthly payroll cycle, which includes figuring out net pay, gross compensation, and different deductions.
Attendance & Leave Management: To guarantee correct entry for payroll, gather and validate attendance information, overtime hours, and leave records from many departments.
Statutory Compliance: Make sure that statutory obligations like TDS, Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, and Provident Fund (PF) are deposited and filed on time.
Calculate incentive and bonus components based on authorized corporate rules, such as sales commissions, performance incentives, and yearly raises.
Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Oversee the integration of payroll for new personnel and arrange "Full & Final" settlements for departing staff members.
Answering Questions: Serve as the main point of contact for staff members with questions about reimbursement status, tax clarifications, and wage disparities.
