Who you are:
proactively find possible applicants using a variety of platforms, such as social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, job sites (Naukri, Indeed), and employee recommendations. Work together with hiring managers to comprehend each vacant position's technical needs, team dynamics, and "ideal candidate" profile. Examine resumes, carry out preliminary phone interviews to gauge fundamental fit and communication abilities, and oversee the technical evaluation process. Arrange and conduct interviews between the recruiting panel and candidates, making sure that everyone is aware of the schedule and logistics. Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, giving them prompt response and maintaining their interest throughout the hiring process. Work with the HR Operations team to provide offer letters and pre-boarding paperwork, assist in wage negotiations, and verify references. Create reports on important metrics like Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Source Effectiveness and keep accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). To create a long-term talent pipeline, represent the business in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and professional networking gatherings.
