Statutory Compliance: Compute and oversee the timely filings and deposits for the Labor Welfare Fund, Employee State Insurance, Professional Tax, and Provident Fund. Taxation & TDS: Determine employees' monthly income tax, examine investment statements, and submit Form 16 at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Complete & Final Settlements: Ensure that all payments, notice period modifications, and gratuity computations are resolved in accordance with policy by processing precise final payouts for departing employees. Resolution of Questions: Serve as the main point of contact for issues pertaining to employee payroll, including concise justifications for tax deductions or wage variations.

Required Skills: Numerical excellence is the extraordinary capacity to accurately manage huge datasets and intricate mathematical calculations. Regulatory Command: Comprehensive understanding of statutory contribution requirements, income tax slabs, and local labor laws.
