Taxation & TDS: Determine employees' monthly income tax, examine investment statements, and issue Form 16 at the conclusion of the fiscal year.
Complete & Final Settlements: Ensure that all payments, notice period modifications, and gratuity computations are completed in accordance with policy by processing precise final payouts for departing workers.
Resolution of Questions: Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues pertaining to payroll, offering concise justifications for tax deductions or wage variations.
