Junior Payroll Executive Training Provided
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Oversee the whole monthly payroll cycle, including the computation of net pay, gross salary, and all relevant deductions.
Attendance & Leave Management: Compile and validate attendance information from manual logs or biometric systems, accounting for overtime, late arrivals, and leaves.
Statutory Compliance: Make sure that all required contributions, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Provident Fund (PF), are accurately calculated and filed on time.
Calculate bonuses, commissions, sales incentives, and shift allowances using the company's performance policies.
Tax Management: At the conclusion of the fiscal year, review and validate employee investment declarations and issue Form 16.
Question Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for employee complaints about reimbursement claims, tax deductions, or wage disparities.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
