Control Systems Support: Help troubleshoot the I/O modules and communication networks of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and DCSs (Distributed Control Systems). Preventative Maintenance: To avoid unscheduled downtime, conduct planned checks of safety instrumented systems (SIS) and electrical protection relays. Blueprint Reading: Locate and correct errors by interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and loop drawings.
