This position entails organizing and managing the installation, calibration, and upkeep of intricate process control equipment and electrical power distribution systems. You will oversee a group of technicians to carry out both preventive and breakdown maintenance, bridging the gap between engineering and the shop floor. A technical leader who makes sure the facility's "power" and "intelligence" systems—from delicate PLC sensors to high-voltage transformers—operate in perfect harmony is the ideal choice.

Key Skills: Technical Proficiency: Excellent comprehension of electrical schematics, loop drawings, and P&IDs. Instrumentation Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Fieldbus, the HART protocol, and other sensor technologies. Leadership: The capacity to oversee team technical training, contractor safety, and shift rotations. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of basic PLC programming software and CMMS (such as SAP-PM).
