Mastery of Blueprints and Schematics: Interpret and update logic controllers (PLCs), single-line diagrams (SLDs), and electrical blueprints to account for system modifications. Leadership in Preventative Maintenance: Create and oversee the execution of regular maintenance procedures for switchgear, transformers, and vital backup power systems. Materials & inventories: Determine and outline the needs for electrical parts and replacement parts, working with procurement to maintain inventories.

Required Skills: Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, control circuits, and three-phase power. Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to lead a group and organize work under duress. Problem Solving: Outstanding aptitude for deciphering intricate electrical schematics and locating errors in extensive systems.
