Key Duties sophisticated Troubleshooting: Lead the diagnosis and repair of complicated electrical faults in industrial machinery, distribution networks, and control systems utilizing sophisticated diagnostic instruments. Supervision and Mentoring: Manage the work of junior electrical technicians, offering technical guidance, on-the-job training, and quality control for all electrical jobs. Complex Installations: Carry out and oversee the installation of motor control centers (MCCs), complex automation wiring, and primary power distribution systems. Mastery of Blueprints and Schematics: Interpret and update logic controllers (PLCs), single-line diagrams (SLDs), and electrical blueprints to account for system modifications. Leadership in Preventative Maintenance: Create and oversee the execution of regular maintenance procedures for switchgear, transformers, and vital backup power systems. Materials & inventories: Determine and outline the needs for electrical parts and replacement parts, working with procurement to maintain inventories.
